research importance: 1. The subject of the mobile phone is a modern means of communication that entered Iraq recently, and there is a draft telecommunications law in Iraq from 2007 and now 2012 has not been ratified by Parliament while there is a law of telecommunications in Egypt and the rest of the other Arab countries. 2. The subject of consumer protection (consumptive) The modern consumer protection law issued in 2010, which requires analysis and discussion and the statement of its advantages and disadvantages in terms of consumer protection in mobile service contracts, and compare with the laws of comparative consumer protection. 3. The subject relates to consumption contracts, a new type of contract designed to protect the weak party in the contractual relationship is the consumer after the diversity of goods (services) and services beyond the human ability to know. | ||
