Abstract | ||
Islam has established society on firm foundations, including justice among people of different races and classes. Justice is a noble moral character, which means the obligation of truth and justice in every matter of life, and the distance from injustice, injustice and aggression. Justice in Islam is what complements the morality of the Muslim, because of its moderation and integrity. The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) changed his name between two, (alms). Islam is rising from the Muslim to fall into any color of injustice; injustice is expelled from the mercy of God, and has promised God Almighty oppressors the most severe penalties. In order to eliminate injustice and to promote full justice among the people, God has restricted the freedom of human beings with some restrictions, which are the legitimate limits that make them enforceable. One of the areas of justice in Islam and the principles of Shari'a is the application of criminal texts to persons. It is clear that the provisions of the Shari'a apply to all persons, and no one, regardless of their status, money or ignorance, is exempt from it. Sharia applies the principle of equality to its limits, and does not allow the discrimination of a person against a person, body, or team. In order to clarify these principles, I chose to research the subject of "efficiency in the crime without the soul", and I have written a research title, which I ask God Almighty to make sincere to his face, and the right that I did not give the subject his right and his right to search, And seeking to explain what God is pleased to stand on the sources that are related to the subject, I sinned from myself and ask forgiveness of God, and if I have won thanks to God Almighty, and the virtues of our distinguished teachers who taught us better | ||
