Abstract | ||
Therefore, the wisdom of God Almighty wants to create different people in their perceptions, minds and thoughts. Therefore, Islam recognizes the other opinion and makes it its place and its voice if it is aimed at constructive criticism and enjoining virtue and forbidding evil in order to reach the right and right path. The Hadith of the Prophet, and the biography of the righteous caliphs after him, is the living and realistic proof of that. The Islamic religion has ensured constructive opposition both from individuals and from groups. The mandate of al-Hesba and the Ombudsman's mandate was to safeguard the rights and freedoms of individuals and groups and to control the opposition with many controls in order to play its role properly and to bear fruit. There is no opposition if the corrupt is greater Of the interest, and no opposition as well as for the opposition only, and no opposition in which the text of the legitimacy of the categorical significance and proven, so the various manifestations of opposition in Islam took several forms, such as Shura, and the promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice, diligence and religious discussions. At the same time, as Islam allowed freedom of disciplined opposition, it fought the corrupt opposition that aims at corrupting society, causing strife, and shedding innocent blood which our religion has denied, and considered it a political crime, and considered it political criminals if they have power and immunity, and interpreters, The ruler's grip | ||
