Abstract | ||
The research is important because of the importance of the media in the preparation of public opinion in the world and its guiding importance, so that it became the catalyst for the thinking of the peoples and human gatherings and by which the opposing groups converge and the convergent and harmonious groups diverge through the media, especially after the digital communications revolution. It is known whether or not it depends on progress and technological development. research goals: The research aims at several points: 1. The new media has become active in many of the changes that humanity is undergoing, especially the Arab world. 2. The Arab public opinion is formed, determined and framed in the light of the owners of this media and those who stand behind it. 3. Arab public opinion has become in terms of nutrition the goal of the new media to form the general visions of the Arab peoples based on a particular idea may be behind certain institutions or parties. 4. The role of the new media in the formulation of social development among peoples represents one of the octopus arms of globalization, which aims to spread civilization and Western culture at the expense of other civilizations | ||
