Abstract | ||
Islam is a religion that has absorbed all life by its legislation. It regulates man's relationship with his Creator and the relationship of people to each other individually and collectively. As a person does not seek isolation and can not achieve his pension matters only through the exchange of benefits with others has set the rules of control of control of the deal, and built on sound foundations based on the right and justice without embarrassment and placed systems for sale, purchase, mortgage, Ijara, the company, And left nothing but developed a system based on the interest of the human kind and raise the rivalry among the people and consolidate the bonds of trust among themselves and the removal of enmity and hatred of their hearts. The system of transactions includes not only regulating benefits among people but also a comprehensive system of all provisions of Islamic legislation. It interferes with the provisions of acts of worship, crimes, personal status, jihad, and other Shari'a rulings. Among the provisions that are related to transactions are the provisions of Hajj.
