From time to time, we are faced with issues and questions that need solutions and answers, such as AIDS, which has infected more than 30 million people in the world, as reported by the World Health Organization in 2008. Since the movement between the countries of the world is easy and affordable, the disease has spread to Muslim societies, including the Arab Gulf States and Iraq, where the lives of Muslims are in danger, unless the AIDS patients take the necessary reserves to prevent the spread of the disease to others, and some people try to cover up his disease and exercise his daily activities With others without reservation and care for their lives, but some of them make it a means of revenge, and some of them colluded with the enemies of the Muslim nation to transfer this disease and spread among the members of the Islamic community, it is known that AIDS leads to death long time or short for the discovery of a cure for him even right Now. One may wonder whether it is a legitimate punishment to deter those who seek to infect others with AIDS. If so, what is the legitimate punishment? This is the result of this research, which is called "punishment of those who caused the killing of others with AIDS" to show the legitimate ruling towards this descent. | ||
