It is the study of each movement of the movements of the hands or one of them in prayer. I started by selecting the issues that I will study under the title of the research I have identified, and the extent to which the issue is included under this heading. Then I study this issue a comparative jurisprudential study and on the eight doctrines what was found for the doctrine in it. After selecting the title of the issue, I start by presenting the views of the jurists in it, and then show their evidence and objections to it if any, and then mention the weighting on the basis of the evidence mentioned and discussed. It is worth noting here: I chose to be the judge of the talk and comment on it in the body of the page and not in the margin; because the discussion of the evidence and the ruling on the talk and the weakness of his strength is the basis to reach the most correct in the matter. The rule to talk here is nothing more than an illustration written in the margin. Then I arranged the margins of the search according to the date of the deaths of its authors except for those who did not find the date of his death and then delayed his book to the last margin. I knew some of the words that I found need to be defined, so I gathered between the linguistic definition and the stylistic if they united the words of both, and separated them in case of difference. As for the translations of the scholars from the Sahaabah, Tabayeen and those who followed them, I preferred to avoid them, so that the margins of the research are not heavier than they are now, and taking into consideration the size and breadth of the research. Except what is needed to strengthen the talk or to swing on others through the strengthening of narration. | ||
