Abstract | ||
The first Abbasid period, which began with the Abbasid rule, took place in the year 323, where the Abbasids established the causes of wealth and sovereignty. This was the origin of many Islamic sciences and the transfer of something not a little science other than Arabic, in which the role of caliphs was played by scholars, scholars and poets. The fourth century AH witnessed a great scientific, economic and economic prosperity despite the manifestations of weakness and unrest. The state within it was divided into many states, and the conflict raged among those who aspired to rule. The scholars who enriched the Arab and Islamic thought emerged with great sciences and innovations that had a great impact on the deepening of thought and wide service of culture and knowledge. Therefore, civilization developed and culture flourished in the Arab-Islamic society and took its distinctive character and its established foundations. The Islamic caliphate in that era was characterized by its interest in the economic aspect of its great importance in society. The first thing we notice is the growth of cities and the development of life in them. The city of Islam has its main characteristics. Baghdad was the best in this. The city expanded, Colors and assets, and increased the activity of trades and professions, and expanded markets and shops, in addition to the competence of each trade in the market, and appeared to have organizations that reflect their cohesion and cooperation. As a result of the prosperity of the cities and their development in the Arab Islamic country, this led to many cities such as Baghdad, Damascus, Kufa, Basra, Nisapur and Bukhara because of the diversity of economic life and its ramifications in this age, which reflected on the evolution of life on the Islamic society.
