Abstract | ||
The primary purpose of this research is to identify the impact of wages which organizations are providing for their workers in enhancing organizational commitment they have, and so on the grounds that human resources are the main source for the success of organizations and its superiority in comparison with her competitors in the industry , has indicated a problem search field to the existence of a distinct lack of administration of the organization 's awareness of the importance of the surveyed wages in enhancing organizational loyalty to employees . The adopted resolution images as a tool to collect research data , and selected the General Company for the food industry a field of research, and analysis of research data has been using the program Statistical Ready (SPSS), and the most important tools used in the analysis are: " the percentage of agreement , the arithmetic mean , standard deviation , coefficient of variation , the correlation coefficient of Spearman , and the coefficient of simple linear regression , "has confirmed the results of the analysis on the existence of a correlation , and the impact of significant differences between wages and organizational commitment of employees and this is consistent with the hypothesis from which the search , and it recommended that researchers need to increase interest in the organization system of pay and the basis of identified and form which helps to strengthen the organizational commitment within them. | ||
