Abstract | ||
The following research aims at the building of training program for the principals of primary school in the light of their administrative tasks The research is limited on the principals of primary schools in Baghdad governorates in the six directorates affiliated to Alkarakh (I, II, III) and Rusafa (I, II, III) for the academic year (2014-2015). The researcher determined he research-related terms, and displayed the subject of the theoretical aspect which is related to the subject of the study. He tackled a number of the Iraqi, Arabic and foreign studies. The sample included (300) principals who were chosen in the method layer random method in ratio of (%13.28) from the community. The researcher prepared his study instrument which a questionnaire that was used as a means to achieve the objective of the study through the previous studies and literature, in addition to the open question, and the guideline of the administrative tasks. He also annexed the Primary School System No. (30) for the year (1987). He derived the apparent validity of the questionnaire by the use of the apparent validity of the instrument. The researcher comes up to the building of the suggested training program and a group of findings, recommendations and suggestions. | ||
