Abstract | ||
This research aims to track the impact of the religious authority and its position on the events in Iraq after the occupation of Britain to him after the end of World War I in 1918 even choose Prince Faisal Bin Al Hussein to rule Iraq in 1921. Research is divided into two sections and an introduction and a conclusion. Turning first section to the position of the religious authority of the political events that accompanied the British occupation of Iraq after the end of World War I in 1918, and the revolted in June 1920 and the results that led to it, particularly the formation of the Iraqi interim government, headed by Abdul Rahman al-Naqib, while the second section dealt with attitude the religious authority of the choice of Prince Faisal Bin Al Hussein to the throne of Iraq in 1921, and reached the conclusion to the set of results that were installed at the end of the search . | ||
