The research aims to identify an assisting training means and its impact on the motor track and the achievement of the young weight lifters. Then, the researcher used the experimental method. The research sample was of (12) players, who represented the Khurnq Club in Najaf. They were divided randomly into an experimental group and a control group, and then the homogeneity and parity tests were conducted. The pre-tests measurements were taken (Height, age and relative achievement of the quick weightlifting). A training means was designed based on the typical motor track due to the lack of such a means. After that, the methodology of the normal sample was used and interfered by the training modules by using the assisting means. The results of the mean of the pretest and the post-test for the two groups were compared and processed statistically. Important conclusions were reached for the assisting means that there was a positive impact on the achievement and development of some of the kinematic variables for the quick weightlifting. | ||
