Abstract | ||
This study was aimed to investigate the effect of adding different levels of Amla fruit powder to the ration diet in some morphological characteristics and microbial contents of the small intestine in broiler chickens(308Ross)1Day-old broiler chicks(n=120) used in the experiment, The chicks were distributed into four treatments(30 birds in for each treatment) having three replicates of (10) chicks in each replicate chicks .control group T1 free of any addition T2,T3 and T4 supplemented with amla fruit powder at 1, 2 and 3 g / kg of fed diet from the age of 7-42 days, the results showed a significant increase in the length of villi and depth of crypts found in birds supplied with amla and significant improvement (p <0.05) in the ratio between the length of villus deep was seen in T2 and T4 compared to the control group . the addition of amla powder impact effectively on bacteria in the small intestines as it total bacteria number and E.coil bacteria where decreased in amla additive treatments. | ||
