| This study was conducted in the animal house of the state company for drags industry and medical appliances in Sammarra and laboratory of Education college and applied Science college , University of Sammarra , from 1st Apri to 30th August 2015. to study the effect of alcohol extract of Fenugreek and Cumin seeds on some blood parameters of local female rabbets . Twenty four mature females , with average body weight 932.71 ± 30.08 g. and 10-11 months aged, were divided randomly into four groups (6 rabbits / group) include three periods , the oral dosage for control treatment with 1 ml of food oil while first and second treatments were give 30 mg .kg-1.b w from alcohol extract of fenugreek and Cumin seeds respectively whereas third treatment was give extract of fenugreek (15 mg .kg-1.b w) and Cumin seeds(15 mg .kg-1.b w) mixed The results indicated to a significant increase (P 0.01) in RBC , Hb , PCV , Lymphocytes , while the neutrophils are significant decrease (P 0.05) in treated rabbit compared to control group after 60 day of treatment . there were a significant decrease (P 0.05) in the MCV , MCH for first and third treatments compared to control group , while a significant increase (P 0.01) MCHC of blood for first treatment after 60 day from treated . Present results showed that not significant (P ≥ 0.05) in body weight of treated rabbits of deferent dosage of alcohol extract of fenugreek and Cumin seeds compared to control . | ||
