Abstract | ||
Achieve a competitive advantage in the framework of Knowledge management processes Current research plan focused on finding ways of upgrading the knowledge management processes across components ( acquisition , storage , sharing and distribution , application) in supporting and enhancing the competitive advantage through its components ( cost , quality , creativity , flexibility) . The problem for basic research to identify the extent of the attention of the banks surveyed operations management knowledge of the four ( acquisition , storage , sharing and distribution , application) and put them in achieving competitive advantage among private banks , has adopted current research survey method pilot , an approach that characterized conjunction describe the phenomenon analyzed from in order to draw conclusions of their own, have adopted the standards search ready to measure all the variables and all of them were subjected to a test of validity and reliability . For the purpose of addressing the problem of research and achieve his goal , formulated the hypothesis president of the effect ( that operations knowledge management affect and enhance the competitive advantage ) , has concluded research show that all the variables of knowledge management has strengthened the competitive advantage and its dimensions , has won the process of acquiring knowledge best level in the order of importance , in while the application is in the second of this importance , the study has recommended the need to promote and support the positive results shown by research to promote and develop competitive advantage . | ||
