Purpose: The research seeks to develop the implications of intellectual human capital, and organizational strength in business organizations, and will be accomplished at three levels, level Description: identify, diagnose and display content philosophical Strategic Human Resource Management at the thought of modern administrative represented by human capital. Level of analysis: analysis of the extent of the impact of human capital in the organizational strength of the organizations. Level to predict: the formulation of a plan to strengthen the organizational strength in business organizations and to develop specific predictions about the nature of the appropriate relationship between the variables researched. Find a problem: The problem for search a set of questions, and it was the most important: Is there a relationship between human capital and organizational strength? Do affects human capital in organizational strength? .
