Abstract | ||
Representing banks, the lifeblood of the monetary and financial in any country in the world as a mediator basis of internal and external trade , has seen the banking sector 's recent moves rapidly towards the development of performance and improve the quality of banking services offered to the customer, in order to rise to the big challenges of the competition they face in its banking system , and that the most important characteristic of the banking business is growing , and the rapid evolution of technology is to develop banking systems and means of providing banking services and creating new applications for banking service featuring , which is reflected on the acquisition of market share and gain customers and increase their loyalty . The research seeks to highlight the main roles of the use of information technology in enhancing the quality of banking services , adopting a knowledge and exploratory approach to diagnose the relationship between these two variables . The questionnaire was used as a method of data collection for the opinions of a sample of workers in the private banks operating in Iraq to reach realistic results can be utilized for the construction of the necessary conclusions and recommendations for the development of banking services within the Iraqi banking sector . | ||
