Abstract | ||
The research seeks to determine the relationship (correlation and effect) between the ethics of public office and strategic performance on a sample of the Ministry of Finance, which amounted to employees (364 employees), the senior management the Ministry of Finance interest in enhancing the ethics of their employees contribute to the possibility of strengthening the strategic performance and then achieve success and service good year. It is this hypothesis and due to the lack of study on the relationship between these variables, the researchers sought to present their research to include these variables within a holistic framework in an attempt to study the relationship between them. In general, research attempts to answer the following questions: 1. Is there a clear vision of the managers in the Iraqi Ministry of Finance under discussion about the importance of ethics of public office? 2. Is there a clear vision of the managers in the Iraqi Ministry of Finance under the concept and dimensions of strategic performance? 3. What the nature of the relationship (correlation and impact) between the public service ethic and strategic performance in the ministry under discussion? The search to find a set of conclusions, including: - There were no significant correlation between the public service ethic and strategic performance in the center of the ministry in question . - No significant impact to the ethics of public office in the strategic performance of the ministry in question . Depending on the conclusions of the research has provided a number of proposals are consistent with these findings | ||
