Abstract | ||
Thirty five 35 locally made samples were collected at a period of1-10 2014 info1-12-2014 from seller in the spend Al Rifai , Suq al-Shuyukh , spend Shatrah , hand victory vine region of Nasiriyah In Thi- qar province by getting half kilo from each sample .these samples were cultures on potato dextrose agar (PDA)and incubated to their growth. After appearing growth , the identification revealed that five fungi which were Aspergillus niger ,Aspergillus flavus, Rhizopus sp, /Mucor racemosus and pencillium commune. The identified fungi mad ability to produce Aflatoxins that were extracted and characterized as B type .in addition that ,the extracts of bath cinnamon(10%) and black bean (10%) gave the different inhibitory zone against the isolated fungi. | ||
