Abstract | ||
The present study aimed to efficient micro-teaching in the acquisition of some of the teaching skills of the students in the fourth stage, Department of Mathematics in the College of Education, Pure Sciences, and to achieve the goal of this study, the researcher put zero following assumptions: 1. -There is a difference statistically significant at the level (0.05) between the experimental group and the other group members for teaching my skills (classroom management, classroom questions). 2. -There is a statistically significant difference at the level (0.05) between the experimental group and the other group members to classroom management skill. 3. There is a difference statistically significant at the level (0.05) between the experimental group and the other group members to the skill of classroom questions. And identifies current research the following: A sample of students in the fourth stage in the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Education Sciences Pure at Tikrit University, and reward a researcher between the experimental and other groups in terms of (chronological age, intelligence (mental age), the collection former), a promising researcher search tool, an observation form which to evaluate the performance of students teachers in the teaching skills of the following: (classroom management, classroom questions) and consisted of the form (23) paragraph. The researcher adopted the following statistical methods: offset Mann Whitney, and Pearson correlation coefficient. The study resulted in the following results: 1. There is a difference is statistically significant at the level (0.05) between the average members of the experimental group and the other group average individuals in my skills of teaching (classroom management, classroom questions) and the experimental group. 2. There is a difference statistically significant at the level (0.05) between the average members of the experimental group and the other group average individuals in classroom management skill and the experimental group. 3. There is a difference is statistically significant at the level (0.05) between the average members of the experimental group and other group members average skill in the classroom questions and in favor of the experimental group. In light of the findings of the researcher can be concluded, that the teaching mini him effective contribute to the acquisition of the student teacher effectiveness and business excellence in the real teaching for students of the Department of Mathematics in the College of Education, and in the light of this, the researcher recommended the adoption of micro-teaching in the training of students in the fourth stage faculties of education way as well as the creation of mini-centers in the colleges of education training, and suggested further studies in some other mini-skills education. | ||
