Abstract | ||
The responses of lipid peroxidation to continues aerobic effort at an altitude (2025m) above sea level has been studied in ten (10) young practitioners category of sports activity daily with good health and non-smokers, selected intentional manner, the average age, height and weight (19.5±1.71) , (170.5±4.69) , (60.65±4.95) respectively. The research samples were Subjugation to continuous aerobic efforts test on treadmill in low and moderate altitude for (30) min. The intensity for efforts were (65%-50%) from the maximum heart rate. by that the intensity range was between (130 - 155) bpm. It was used descriptive approach because it appropriate to the nature of search. The research used the test, measurement, and some medical and laboratory tools and devices for data collection. Malondialdehyde ( MDA) had been studied, and the statistical data processing using the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, (t) test for samples associated, and skewness. Researcher concluded that the continues aerobic effort for continues (30) minutes on treadmill at an altitude (2025m), make an increase in Malondialdehyde (MDA) level. | ||
