The research aims todisplayed: 1- Preparation coordination exercise in scientific methods of futsal players. 2- coordination exerciseteston two groups -Effect of research results (experimental and control group) in some muscles leg electrical activityvariables (EMG), of futsal players. 4- coordination exercise Posttest two groups -Effect of research results (experimental and control group) in some muscles leg electrical activityvariables (EMG), of futsal players. Study proposal: 1- there were significance statistical differences between pre and posttest (experimentaland control groups) in some electrical activityvariables (EMG), of futsal players. 2- there were significance statistical differences between tow pretest test (experimental and control groups) in some electrical activity variables (EMG), of futsal players. The researcher used experimental method search because it fits the nature of this research, theresearch samplewas fromAl-Ascansportsclub futsal championships season (2015 - 2016) The number were (12) players were divided into two groups (experimentand control group, (6) players for each group and achieving coherence of two research groups for (chronic age, training age, weight andheight) variables,as well as muscles legelectrical activityvariables (EMG), of futsal players under study. The main stepsof research were personal researcher interviews with some experts and specialists to determine the appropriate muscles and testing, and appropriate measure of electrical activity with wright exercises tests and design of the training program, and the post test of tow and then perform the training program for of three moderate sessions with load wave (1-3), and eight small sessions , and then run test for research variables in the same procedures that have been conducted as posttests. The researcher reached a number of conclusions, the most important were: 1- The recruitment of coordination exercise that used in training program had an obvious effect in develop electrical activity (EMG), of futsal players. 2- The implement means and tools had positive effect on developelectrical activity (EMG), of futsal players. The researcher recommended a number of recommendations, the most important were: 1- Necessarily to use the electromyography device(EMG) by coaches and benefit from it as much as in analysis the naturework of muscular- nerve system to gain optimal performance models which can use as mimic evaluated tools. 2- Interesting in coordination exercises when develop a training program in special preparation periodand competition thatshowed in our search results by improvement in all variables. 3- Conducting another studies on the other age groups or on the female or other players. | ||
