| The research aims to: 1. Prepare a training curriculum on the electrical stimulation according to the signal (EMG) to develop their own muscle power, and completion of the elevation of the jerk of the young weightlifters. 2. Identify the effect of the training curriculum and the electrical stimulation device proposed to develop their own muscle power and achievement elevation jerk. The researchers postulated: 1. There are statistically significant for the muscle power and the differences between pre and post tests and in favor of posttest experimental group. 2.
