| Find a problem manifested itself through modest experience of the researcher in the field of education and work and meeting with a number of supervisors and technicians and those interested in education and education, and focused research problem in answering the question the following: • What are the necessary educational adequacy Calendar for supervision and Maalaguetha technical domain for Teachers of Physical Education in Iraq? And attic felt researcher studying this supervisory and functional important aspect to suit the educational work requirements for Musharraf, who creates and drafting teacher Maher to perform his job with a high level of precision and perfection Ifni based on the right Calendar, and the goal of research is to identify the relationship between the adequacy of educational assessment to oversee the technical and field career performance for teachers Physical Education in Iraq, and the researcher using descriptive method survey manner due to the suitability nature of the study, and chose researcher sample way intentional, and amounted to (105) Musharraf and honorable, and accounted for (44.68%) of the total community, out of (235) Musharraf and honorable, has been processing statistical data by using the program (spss): Percentage ,, the arithmetic mean ,, standard deviation ,, link to Pearson coefficient, and concluded that supervisors have owned in their adequacy Calendar artistic hub, and recommended the establishment of private information related to the disciplines of teachers and their supervisory database in order to achieve a good level of technical performance Calendar for supervisors, and the development of educational supervision methods, and adopt modern methods and models to help supervisors and teachers in the calendar and the development of the technical field to them. | ||
