Abstract | ||
The study deals with US military support for the Gulf region after the British withdrawal from the region , which was adopted since 1968 in a maximum period of the end of the 1971 decision , and to maintain US interests in that region , the United States provide the necessary military support to the region's oil – rich , for fear that the Soviet Union , the great rival of the United States of America from getting to that region and to dominate the Gulf region and damage Western and American interests in the region , and to maintain the existing systems in the Arab Gulf states to serve their interests , hence the choice of the subject of the study to shed light on the US role in the Gulf region Arab and clarify US policy there. | ||
