Witnessing the business environment contemporary series of changes and technological developments and an increase in the intensity of competition, and the widening gap between workers and management, and management's ability to distinguish between employees, and participate in decision-making, which cast the responsibility of the insurance company conduct organizational change to achieve development in the insurance services provided by the public the diversity of insurance coverages (documents) and speed in the settlement of compensation and other activities carried out by the company.
