Abstract | ||
Abstract A number of commitments is the responsibility of the electronic publisher according to electronic publishing contract these include his obligation for publishing the electronic work and its appropriate media advertisements . already agreed upon , thereby , using technically suitable languages for composing , maintaining and tackling the texts and the data . Additionally , the publisher is obliged to respect the intellectual rights of the author as his own efforts and work and the author right for rebuttal any eucoach on his electronic work . the right cannot be condescended , or waived for any reason . on the other hand , the author has the right to withdraw his work as well as amends it in certain circumstances . However , this would requires a court approval with adequate compensation for the electronic publisher . the publisher is committed to pay the monetary equivalent , which can be done in many ways . it can be proportional or randomly , or via both ways . | ||
