Abstract When Iraq occupied by US troops occupied until the rampant corruption in all joints of the Iraqi state until tomorrow Iraq from developed countries is not at the level of development of countries, but in developed mattresses in the spread of financial and administrative corruption between the joints and the components of the Iraqi state and has been classified by Transparency International in this advanced class of corruption and this is not surprising, because any nation occupies be end by the occupier is to control the country's resources and spreading corruption in the state in order to facilitate control of the process and enable the occupying state, and we can not here countless cases of corruption, financial and administrative in Iraq today is widely, but we will seek in this the research study to shed light on the role of the phenomenon of administrative and political corruption in the scaling of the Iraqi economy after 2003, and in spite of the corruption roots in Iraq before this date, but the pace of corruption increased after 2003 for many reasons, and because of the seriousness and the difficulty of control, this phenomenon extended not bounded by the limits does not preclude it breaks, and affected all corners of the Iraqi state has not spared any of the institutions, and did not discriminate in its extension and complexity of an ancient institution new again, and a private economic institutions (oil and gas, investment, contracts, etc.). This study will also consider general theoretical framework from which to study other subjects related to political corruption administrative position in order to develop ways to make cordoned off this problem and dealt with as a major goal. | ||
