| ABSTRACT The investment projects have the important role in economical growth process , whether for the host countries for the investment projects or the importer states for investment funds , installing the investment projects need provide suitable investment environment. As being the investors whether national or foreign may hesitate to invest his funds as fair of different risks of no trade risks. So that the state to ensure the investor through provide the required insurances for them . the most important of these guarantees ( insurance on investment projects of no trade risks), the specialized companies assume to protect these investments projects of no trade risks through making contracts to insure on the investment projects. The insurance companies on the investment projects at first national instance companies established at the developed countries to project the investment projects abroad , After increase the importance of these projects and wide spread , these countries started to agree on establish international insurance companies working on project the investment projects from no trade risks and by making international contracts between the exporter states of investment funds and the importer countries. The Iraqi projects tried to convoy with the current development in growth the investment projects and how to project then through issue investment law no.13 for 2006. Which confirming on the importance of insurance on the investment projects for the national and international insurance companies . so that Iraq has affiliated to membership of the Arabic Foundation to insure the investment and intentional agencies for insure the investment . | ||
