| Abstract | ||
| Iraq needs to coordination between the monetary and fiscal authorities and institutional arrangements for this coordination more than other countries, especially after the modern trends pursued by the monetary and fiscal policy after 2003. Where both the two policies taken opposite directions, monetary policy has taken a deflationary policy but fiscal policy, it has taken an expansionary policy, which reduced the expansionary fiscal policy success rates and cost of monetary policy many financial costs. | ||
