Abstract | ||
In the Introduction and the importance of the research, the physical education lesson and the importance of physical and functional indicators were addressed to know the importance of empirical terms on the development of elements of physical fitness. The research problem was the non-use of functional indicators to measure the physical condition of the students of middle and high school and to know the effect of sports activities on the students' abilities and levels and in which they can determine the level of progress in this aspect. The research objectives were to assess the physical education lesson parts by some functional indicators. The research aims to 1. Identify the physical education classes in middle and high schools. 2. Identify some of the physical and functional indicators among the middle and high school students. 3. Assess the physical education lesson for middle and junior high study by some of the physical and functional indicators. | ||
