Abstract | ||
The research seeks to determine the relationship (correlation and effect) between organized civilization and strategic performance on a sample of the Ministry of Finance staff, The interest of the Ministry to strengthen the Organization's culture contributes to the possibility of strengthening the strategic performance and then achieve success and service good to the Feasibility of Something unique by which the company win On the other Rivals and thus Achieve Success, to the lack of study on the relationship Among these variables, the researchers sought to present their research to include these variables within a holistic framework in an attempt to study the relationship between them. In general, research attempts to answer the following questions: 1. Is there a clear perception among managers in the ministry under discussion about the importance of organized civilization? 2. Is there a clear perception among managers in the ministry under the concept and dimensions of strategic performance? 3. Nature of the relationship (correlation and impact) between organized civilization and strategic performance in the ministry under discussion?
