| The research measures the relationship and influence between two variables presidents are: knowledge management processes and core competence represented resolution main tool for research and distributed to a random sample consisting of sixty-four members of staff in the Directorate of Information Technology research community, has allocated resolution two types of first information identifying included General Information for the sample and the second related to the search variables included forty-three question.
