Abstract | ||
The study aimed to identify the re-engineering of business and its impact on job satisfaction. To achieve the objectives of the study, it was formulated some hypotheses, as has been designed a questionnaire identified for this purpose and distributed to a sample of workers in the first class hotels (Mansour and Ishtar) and by (40) forms. After raising the theoretical aspects, the data, obtained from the field, has been analyzed using some descriptive statistical methods (means, standard deviations, weighted percentages) and the use of factor analysis, which helped to reach a set of results that led to a set of conclusions, which was one of the most prominent of them there is a relationship for business re-engineering with significant influence in achieve the job satisfaction. In light of the conclusions, proposals were submitted which are consistent with these conclusions. | ||
