| Abstract | ||
| The researcher has discussed in the first chapter the educational sports and its role in activating the life of an individual by activities and exercises that are practiced in the lessons of educational sports. Also, he discussed the lesson of educational sports which assists the learner with experiences in order to achieve the educational and learning goals and also discussed in this chapter the game of volleyball. In chapter two, it contained the exercises and retaining with keeping the main skills in volleyball. In chapter three, the researcher used the experimental method which is designed into two groups controlling and experimental of which the two pre-test and post-test and the sample has been chosen randomly containing sixth grade primary students. The fourth chapter, contained the discussion and analysis of results that have been found in conducting pre-test and post-test and the tests of retaining. As for the fifth chapter, it comprised the most important conclusions: skillful exercises that are used had a positive effect in acquiring the skills used under study; this was shown by the results of the tests. As for the most important recommendations, was to take into concern of variety and repetition of exercises in order to gain the muscular and neural agreement, which led to the development in the skills of research. | ||
