| Abstract | ||
| The relationship between the educational system outputs and labor market needs of the important issues for the preparation of qualified and specialized workforce to contribute the requirements of economic development. This study came to identify the extent of match between educational system outputs and labor market requirements from the stand point of business owners, and to achieve the objectives, the study was prepared a questionnaire form, where it was treated for statistical data using some statistical methods available at the statistical program (SPSS), and the results of the study has revealed that the graduates have no the skills , the most important of them the weakness of their mastery of English and Arabic language skills, and was one of the reasons that led to the reluctance of employers to hire graduates, as well as the inadequacy of disciplines offered by the educational system with the labor market needs. Based upon the study, it made a number of proposals to help create mechanisms for match between higher education outputs and the private sector requirements. | ||
