Human development indicators have not improved in Iraq after 2003, in conjunction with the increasing in the annual Iraqi budgets, which witnessed a clear increase over the years that followed 2003, that made them far-reaching and the results, compared with many countries (for example Turkey), which further the indicators of sustainable human development from the truth, and make it closer to the illusion that some would like be called it the myth of development, so compared with these increasing budgets annually, on the one hand, and in comparison with Turkey revenues and achieve to it at the level of human development, on the other hand, the human development indicators in Iraq are almost approaching the myth more than reality, with the help of the previous two comparison . | ||
