Abstract | ||
The research aims to clarify the definition of the intention, its importance, and its effect on changing the sale. The problem of the research is judging the sale regardless of the intention. The researcher used the inductive and analytical curricula. The research composes of introduction; lead up, eight sections and a conclusion. The lead up is entitled (The importance and definition of Intention). The sections deal with judging priceless sales, purchasing the stolen, selling what is intended to be haram, protective sales, pledging sales , selling less than the market price. Finally, the conclusion has the results and recommendations. The results have clarified the importance of intention. Also, it clarified that the intention can change judging of some sales. For example, priceless sales are considered gifts because they are non pay back interactions. Also, the judgment of purchasing the stolen changes according to the intention. It is taboo to buy it for ownership, but if it is bought to be brought back to its owner, it is okay. All what is meant to be taboo are forbidden to be sold because they help in making the sin | ||
