Abstract | ||
Abstract This research aims to study the role that played by the application of managerial transparent style and the possibility of investment in support of administrative reforms process from the viewpoint of employees in the Public banks at A-Diwaniyah city . The researcher adopted the style of descriptive analytical method, and selected a random sample of employees in Rasheed Bank branches (Rasheed 16, and the Euphrates 515), the agricultural Bank, and two branches of the Rafidain Bank (Qadisiyah, and Rafidain the right side), The questionnaire used as an instrument to measure the, search variables, Have been distributed (77) questionnaire on the research community, (70) has been restored all of which are valid for analysis, at recover (91.76), and by using of statistical package (SPSS.V20), The researcher reached some conclusions the necessity that there be Clear transactions described integrity and transparency as well as an internal control system to effectively control career behavior for employees, and In view of the conclusions that been formulated some recommendations ,establish the practice of the practice of transparency to become a behavior supported by everyone and Disseminate a culture of managerial transparency. | ||
