Abstract | ||
This research seeks to determine the availability of accreditation standards of academic accreditation in the technical college business Baghdad, according to the perspective of national standards and are derived from the evaluation of the performance of the technical education to assess the institutes and colleges technique in order to evaluate the performance of the concerned party and promote positives and handling the negatives and bottlenecks to achieve leadership and excellence, especially that of improving the higher education sector aimed at continuous improvement and development to achieve the stated objectives and expected and thus achieve the highest possible levels in the practices and operations and outputs. To reach the objectives of the research follow the approach to the case study, has been working on the use of a number of tools including Checklist to measure the level of accreditation standards in college surveyed and personal interviews, relying on a variety of statistical methods in the analysis of the frequency, the arithmetic mean weighted, percentage ratios, The size of the gap. Has separated the presentation and analysis of results for a number of conclusions, the most important of securing academic freedom, resources and financial support necessary for researchers to encourage urged landlords teaching to complete the search and at least one, and the expansion of graduate programs and missions, especially those that meet the priorities and fit in with the latest scientific and technological development. The research found to submit no recommendations, including the need for self calendars periodically within the college, which helps to enhance the strengths and address the weaknesses to improve the quality of teaching and learning in college and implementation of the plans of the Ministry of Higher Education. | ||
