Abstract | ||
This study deals with an important subject that becomes in the recent time as ( a rare currency ) , which is Organizational confidence as an independent variable, and its relation with the behavior of organizational citizenship as a dependent variable ,which is carried out at Kirkuk municipality directorate, using questionnaire as amain tool of collecting information, more over the personal interview , using a group of statistical methods, the study concluded a general result that is (there is a strong relationship between the variables of organizational confidence, and behavior of organizational citizenship at Kirkuk municipality directorate), the study has also a group of conclusions, put suggestions among them,(Considering the Organizational Confidence as one of basic principles as the message of the Organization ,and increasing the taking care of directorate Conducting Organizational Citizenship through Creating the Suitable climate, Spreading the Culture of Organizational citizenship to create liable responsibility and high level performance ... ). | ||
