Abstract | ||
The aim of this research is to analysis the relation between creative thinking dimensions and strategic behavior, through the analysis of correlation and regression relations between these variables. The research depend on that the motivation of creative thinking and its dimensions for the managers in the studied company should lead to strategic thinking. Based on the opinions of research sample that consists of (49) managers in the company, and according to questionnaire and adopting some statistical tools the research stated the creative thinking dimension which is in the highly correlation and effect with strategic behavior styles (Originality, Flexibility, Fluency) with strategic behavior styles respectively (Defender, Analyst, prospector), and was followed by some recommendations that may be of interest in the sector of respondent. | ||
