| Abstract | ||
| The research aims to identify the impact of modern management and its contribution in the provision of electronic Khaddmhamuallomat and modern trends in university libraries management and the use of technology in solving the problems facing the administration, as well as the detection of constraints that stand in front of modern management university for the purpose of developing solutions and proposals that limit them and raising the standard of administrative work according to modern contemporary modern administrative developments. I have used the case study research approach to data collection. The most significant findings of the research which are described in the following: 1. I made it clear results-oriented analysis of the data for workers in the Central Library of the University of the existence of the Iraqi gap in the provision of electronic information services and its percentage (0.32). 2. The research found that the application of modern management requirements have a close relationship with the human cadre qualified to work in the provision of electronic information services in terms of specialization and expertise. The major recommendations were as follows: 1.dharorh take the initiative towards the application of the concept of modern technological management as a new integrated management, it aims to integrate electronic services offered at university libraries. 2.aly light of the results of the analysis to measure the level difference (gap) in the library were in poor and thus requires the management of the library to adopt modern methods in providing services and in line with the beneficiaries requirements through a comprehensive survey of the views of beneficiaries on the level of what is offered to them from service. | ||
