Abstract
US strategy in general depends on two main Bases the strength and the strategic performance the two complemented each other, If the strategic power of the state is dependent on the basis of the availability of state resources, geopolitical, economic and military, the strategic performance is effective guarantor . It is the way to achieve the highest interests of the nation-state and as far as the Middle East, the US strategic performance was a high degree of quality so that Keep the area under control despite the presence of competing Kparbin international actors
