| The realization of the many multilateral and humanitarian needs requires people enjoy a safe and effective Bzut, because the self-efficacy of self-low infect human behavior is so weak and there are some individuals who puts himself big targets high values, but they find themselves compared with their lack of self-efficacy necessary to achieve those goals , which leads to social and psychological negative results lead to frustration and lack of psychological and social stability, and therefore is a social intelligence of the important aspects of personal development, because it is linked to the ability of an individual to deal with others and to form successful social relationships. The target current research to identify the self-efficacy and its relationship to social backstopping according to the sex variable ( Zkor- females) as sample consisted search of Tikrit University students totaling 100 students by 50 male and 50 female students , and the search tool rely on two measures The first self-efficacy prepared by ( al-Jubouri 0.2013 ) , consisting of (50 ) items . The second measure of social support prepared by the scale ( of Moses, 2015) , consisting of (33) Paragraph .autam extract virtual honesty through a presentation to a group of arbitrators totaling (6) were extracted stability as worth to gauge social competence (0.87) either support Alajtaatmaih scale, reaching the value of persistence (0.85), and results showed Atsaf students University social efficient and they have a good level of social support. The statistical methods used in this research are: Altaia test of one sample. T - Test for one, and chi square to find the proportion of Mahkin agreement on the validity of the paragraphs of the scale, and Altaia test for two independent samples. According to the results of research researcher made a number of recommendations and suggestions. | ||
