Goal researcher current to prepare a curriculum using sign language as well as the preparation of a measure the level of ambition for people with special needs and to determine the impact of the curriculum using sign language descriptive to teach some basic skills of the games the difference for pupils Amal Institute for the Deaf and Dumb (deaf - mute) for ages 13-15 years the level of ambition. Turn researcher to use the experimental approach with Group One with a pretest and posttest applied approach to the research community are pupils Amal Institute for the Deaf and Dumb and totaling 97 students unearthed researcher of them (50) pupil to extract the scientific basis for a measure the level of ambition prepared by (Muhammad Nubian, 2010) Special people with special needs as well as the researcher chose (10) students with disabilities deaf and dumb to implement the curriculum prepared by the researcher language signal descriptive Extended to 8 weeks at the rate of (3) units per week.
