Abstract | ||
The world is witnessing significant shifts and quick changes at all levels which served as platform for lunching a revolution of knowledge management and its technology and that obligated the contemporary administration to developing its methods and update its technology to meet the increasing competition forces, and for searching the sources of knowledge, attracting and developing the knowledge balance of the organization and employed in all of its operation to cope with this management revolution or as it is called revolution of knowledge management because of its cognitive value for upgrade the performance of the organizations and its role in society. From this the research tried to determine the relationship and the effect between the comprehensive management knowledge and the excellence in the performance. It has been constructing a virtual model determine the relationship and the effect between them. The college of administration & economic has chosen a community to search as the educational institutions are supposed to be a beacon for knowledge and it is responsible for preparing students to be active members in the new economy (knowledge economy). Questionnaire has been used as a principle tool of dada collection which has been processed using the statistical program SPSS. The research ended with set of conclusions & recommendations .The most important recommendation is to adopt a comprehensive knowledge as a approach to improve individual and organizational performance, and the proposal to establish a corner knowledge in the college and perhaps this would be as the beginning of positive steps on the ground to achieve the concept of knowledge management.
