Abstract | ||
This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of different levels (0 , 10 , 20 , 30 , 40 , 50 % ) of corn dried distillers grains with soluble ( DDGS). A total of six hundred (39 wks old ) Isa Brown of laying hens were randomly assigned to twelve treatments each containing two replicates in each replicate twenty five hens. six treatments to add him multi enzyme ( Safizym GP 2500 ) ) B-glucanases , Xylanases , Cellulases .( Hens were fed for a 2-wk experimental period after transition feeding to corn DDGS inclusion over a 12-wk .Resulte showed that egg yolk cholesterol increased significant differences (P<0.05) in the All experimental period Compared with control groups.. Also the was significant differences (P<0.05) in the blood glucose in the second period,and third period, were Resulte indicated that No significant effect(P>0.05) in serum biochemical indexes cholesterol (All experimental period) triglyceride and calcium , after the first period . The present results show that DDGS can be successfully fed in laying hen diet without adverse effect on laying hen. | ||
