The study was conducted for the duration of the 1-4-2015 until 10.4. 2015 in the Department of Animal resource, in the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Kufa. Using three concentrations (20, 30, 40)% from Quercus brantti cortex extract, punica granatum cortex extract, punica granatum flours extract, Quine leaves extract, Fig extract, myrrh gum extract, Ferula asafetida gum solution and alum solution on Escherichia coli, Streptococcus pyogenes, Staphylococcus aureus, Proteus mirabilis and Pastorella malticida. It was filtration papers to test the sensitivity. The results showed that all extracts effect on the germs used in the study, but at varying rates vary according to the concentration, the type of extract and type of the bacteria, and it was showed that the more increasing in concentration leads to increase influence on germs. The highest inhibitor diameter of poneca granatum cortex extract was 40 mm in 40% concentration. Also the results showed a significant effect (P ≤0.05) of extracts (Quercus brantti cortex extract, punica granatum cortex extract, punica granatum floures extract, Quine leaves extract, Fig extract, myrrh gum extract, Ferula asafetidagum solution and alum solution) 40, 37, 36, 27, 22, 11, 5, 4 mm respectively, in 40 % concentration against the Escherichia coli. | ||
