Abstract | ||
The study was conducted at Baquba hospital education in Diyala province during the time confined from 1/10/2014 to 1/ 7/2015 and this study included two groups, patients group : consist of 70 patients who are Admitted to burn ward 33 (47.14%) females and 37 (52.85%) males, and a control group : Healthy people, consisted of 30 people 14 (46.66%) female and 16 (53.33%) male. The results of IgG concentration showed significant differences in female patients with range (1103.02 mg/dl) and males (1136.05 mg/dl) compared to a control group of females with range (977.90 mg/dl ) and males (1038.00 mg/dl ). While results of IgM concentration showed significant differences in female patients with range (242.84 mg/dl ) and males (233.50 mg/dl ) compared to the control group. females (124.37 mg/dl ) and males (93.10 mg/dl ). While the results of C3 concentration showed significant differences in group of patients. While the results of C4 concentration showed significant differences in female patients with range (mg/dl 41.31) and males (37.78 mg/dl ) compared to the control group females (24.62 mg/dl ) and males (25.50 mg/dl ). | ||
